Objective To establish quality standards of D.fragrans,and provide scientific evidence for its quality control.Methods The microscopic identification was adopted to observe morphological and histological characters.The contents of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extractive were analysed according to the methods of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015).Aspidin BB and reference herbs were used to identify materia medica of D.fragrans by TLC method.The total phloroglucinols contents were analysed by UV method with aspidin BB as index.Results The macroscopical identification,microscopic features and TLC methods were specific.The average contents of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,alcohol-soluble extract were 9.45％,9.38％,1.58％ and 20.8％,respectively,and the content of total phloroglucinols was 40.78 mg/g.Conclusion The established quality standards were suitable for the quality control of D.fragrans.
