Determination of seven components in Gushang Dieda Kangfu Cataplasm by HPLC
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the seven main components of Gushang Dieda Kangfu Cataplasm.Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent ZORBA×SB-C18 S tableBond Analytical column,(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 µm),the detection wavelength was 290 nm,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid water by gradient elution at a flow rate 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 35℃,the injection volume was 10 µL.Results There were good linear relationships between the standard curves of the chromatographic peak area and the concentration linear range of protocatechuic acid,caffeic acid,ferulic acid,berberine hydrochloride,rhein,emodin and chrysophanol in the Gushang Dieda Kangfu Cataplasm.The average recoveries were 93.79%,95.86%,96.12%,95.31%,96.58%,107.43%,97.12%,and they were between 93.79%-107.43%.Conclusion This established method is suitable for the quality control of the Gushang Dieda Kangfu Cataplasm.
