Simultaneous determination of four volatile components in Shidishui by GC-MS/MS
Objective To establish a GC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous determination of camphor,cinnamal dehyde trans-anethole and eucaly in Shidishui.Methods Agilent HP-5MS UI(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)was adopted,the initial temperature was 65℃,kept for 2 min,and raised to 150℃at the rate of 6℃per minute,kept for 10 min.Standard electron ionization(EI)and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)were used for detection.Results The Camphor,Cinnamal dehyde,Trans-anethole and Eucaly had good linear relationships in the ranges of 1.03-51.34,5.85-292.26,0.98-48.86,0.99-49.85 μg/mL,the average recoveries were in the range of 97.76%,96.94%,106.21%,102.50%,with RSD of 2.86%,2.54%,2.04%,2.92%.The RSD of precision and repeatability were 1.27%-1.90%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can provide basis for quality control and quality evaluation of Shidishui.
