Study on the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry based on Arcgis visualization
Objective To analyze and evaluate the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements in China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, and provide reference for promoting the industrialization achievements. Methods Data envelopment analysis(DEA)model was constructed to measure the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements in China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, and Arcgis was used for visual analysis. Results The comprehensive technical efficiency in the central region was higher than that in eastern and western regions;the scale efficiency in central and western regions was obviously higher than that in eastern regions, and the low scale efficiency was one of main reasons for the low transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The redundancy value of some input-output factors in western region was much higher than that in eastern and central regions;the redundancy of internal expenditure of R&D funds, expenditure of technical transformation funds and other elements was mainly concentrated in Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan and Chongqing,Hunan and Hubei, while the redundancy of other elements was scattered. Conclusion The following suggestions are proposed:strengthen regional communication and cooperation and shorten regional differences;improve the rationality and effectiveness of resource allocation;leverage regional advantages to facilitate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in pharmaceutical manufacturing utilizing existing resources;fully utilize policy advantages to improve the mechanism for transforming scientific and technological achievements in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
