Research progress on the external administration of Chinese herbal compounds for the treatment of dermatological diseases
The external administration of Chinese herbal compounds for the treatment of dermatological diseases has a long history of significant action with few side effects,and it is developing rapidly in modern times.This article summarizes and reviews the domestic and foreign literatures on the external use of Chinese herbal compound for the treatment of skin diseases in recent years.It also summarizes and reviews the application efficacy,prescription composition,and mechanism of action of Chinese herbal compound in viral dermatoses,bacterial dermatoses,fungal dermatoses,allergic dermatoses,erythematous and papular-scaly dermatoses,in order to provide a reference for future research and development on the external treatment of dermatological diseases with Chinese herbal compound.
