摘要

目的 建立苍耳子标准汤剂的质量标准.方法 按照传统煎煮方法制备12批苍耳子标准汤剂,测定其出膏率范围;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)建立苍耳子标准汤剂的特征图谱;采用薄层色谱法(TLC法)以绿原酸对照品、苍耳子对照药材为参照进行定性鉴别.结果 12批苍耳子标准汤剂的出膏率波动范围为6.0%~9.9%,均值为8.1%.共标定10个共有峰,指认8种成分,分别为新绿原酸(峰2)、绿原酸(峰3)、隐绿原酸(峰4)、咖啡酸(峰5)、1,3-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(峰6)、异绿原酸B(峰7)、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(峰8)、4,5-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(峰10).薄层鉴别色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,比移值适当.结论 建立了苍耳子标准汤剂的质量标准,测定方法全面、准确,可为苍耳子配方颗粒的质量标准制定提供参考.

Abstract

Objective To establish the quality standard of Xanthii Fructs standard decoction.Methods According to the traditional decocting method,12 batches of Xanthii Fructs standard decoction were prepared,the range of the paste yield was determined,and the characteristic spectra of Xanthii Fructs standard decoction were established by HPLC.TLC was used for qualitative identification using chlorogenic acid and Xanthii Fructs as reference material.Results The extraction rate of 12 batches of Xanthii Fructs standard decoction ranged from 6.0%to 9.9%,with an average of 8.1%.10 common peaks were marked and 8 components were identified,namely,neochlorogenic acid(peak 2),chlorogenic acid(peak 3),cryptochlorogenic acid(peak 4),caffeic acid(peak 5),1,3-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid(peak 6),isochlorogenic acid B(peak 7),3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid(peak 8),4,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid(peak 10).TLC spots were clear,the separation degree was good,and the translational value was appropriate.Conclusion The established quality standard is reasonable and reliable,which can provide reference for the quality control of Xanthii Fructs formula granule.
