Exploring the medication patterns of traditional Chinese medicine compound containing tangerine peel in the treatment of functional dyspepsia based on data mining
Objective To analyze and explore the formula rules of the traditional Chinese medicine compound of tangerine peel published by the National Patent Office for the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods The patents of tangerine peel traditional Chinese medicine compound formulas for treating FD in the national patent database were screened,and the attributes of the four qi,five flavors,meridian tropism,and efficacy of the used medicinal flavors were analyzed using the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform.Association rule analysis on high-frequency medicinal flavors was performed using the Apriori algorithm in IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,and Cluster analysis was conducted using the inter group connectivity method in SPSS Statistics 19.0 software.Results A total of 215 patents for the treatment of FD were obtained,involving 456 types of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of 2 571 uses.There were 20 high-frequency medicinal flavors,including dried tangerine peel,Poriacocos,hawthorn,Atractylodes macrocephala,Galli gigerii endothelium corneum,Amomi fructus,etc.The drugs used are mostly warm,gentle,sweet,spicy,and bitter,with the main effects of drying dampness and resolving phlegm,regulating qi and strengthening the spleen.They also have the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,promoting water and dampness.The commonly used drug combinations included dried tangerine peel,Poriacocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,licorice,as well as dried tangerine peel,Poriacocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,and Amomi fructus.Cluster analysis obtained 2 core drug combinations,with the first group consisting of tangerine peel,hawthorn,malt,Shenqu,yam,astragalus,Galli gigerii endothelium corneum,Poriacocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Codonopsis pilosula,licorice,and Amomi fructus;the second group consisted of tangerine peel,Atractylodes macrocephala,Fructus Aurantii,Rhizoma Aconiti,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Paeoniae lactiflorus,Radix Muxiang,Fructus Aurantii,and Magnolia officinalis cortex.Conclution The traditional Chinese medicine used in combination with tangerine peel to treat FD is mainly composed of qi regulating and spleen strengthening drugs,as well as digestive drugs,which are in line with the clinical symptoms and treatment principles of FD such as fullness and stagnation.The prescription and compatibility rules of tangerine peel compound patents for treating FD not only have practical guiding significance,but also can provide a new recipe idea with great potential for clinical application of tangerine peel,research and development of new preparations,tonic diet therapy and other fields.
