Clinical study on multi-target tonsil pecking therapy combined with Banxia Jiegeng Tongqiao Tang in treating adult sleep apnea syndrome with phlegm-stasis-block
Objective To observe the clinical effect of multi-target tonsil pecking combined with traditional Chinese medicine on adult snoring syndrome with phlegm-stasis block.Methods Thirty eligible patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome were observed and randomly divided into two groups:15 patients in the treatment group were treated with multi-target tonsil pecking combined with Chinese medicine,and 15 patients in the control group were treated with Banxia Jiegeng Tongqiao Tang.The total effective rates before and after the treatment of the two groups were observed.TCM syndrome score and LSaO2 were evaluated before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rates of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Multi-target tonsil pecking therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of adult snoring is a characteristic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and its clinical effect is reliable in the treatment of adult sleep apnea syndrome.
