目的 采用可视化方式展示按病种分值付费(diagnosis-intervention packet,DIP)领域的研究现状与热点趋势.方法 对中国知网和Web of Science核心合集数据库中获得的原始数据进行初步的文献检索和分析,利用CiteSpace可视化软件对发文作者与研究机构以及关键词等进行可视化呈现.结果 共纳入文献482篇.DIP年发文量呈上升趋势,国内外研究机构和作者多处于独立研究的状态.研究主要围绕公立医院、医保管理、总额控制、医保支付、支付方式、医保基金等展开.结论 DIP的研究应进一步加强地区与机构间的交流与合作,关注相关的研究热点与前沿,不断提高研究成果质量,为解决DIP实践中存在的问题以及未来发展积累有益经验.
Analysis of research status and trends of diagnosis-intervention packet based on CiteSpace
Objective A visualization was used to show the current state of research and hot trends in the field of diagnosis-intervention packet(DIP).Methods The raw data obtained from CNKI and the Web of Science Core Collection databases were initially searched and analyzed,and the authors and research institutions as well as keywords were visualized by CiteSpace visualization software.Results A total of 482 papers were included in the literature.The annual number of publications on DIP was increasing.Most research organizations and authors,both domestic and foreign,conducted independent research.The research mainly focused on public hospitals,medical insurance management,total control,medical insurance payment,payment methods,and medical insurance funds.Conclusion Research on DIP should further strengthen communication and cooperation between regions and institutions,focus on relevant research hotspots and frontiers,continuously improve the quality of research results,and accumulate valuable experience for solving the problems in DIP practice and future development.
