Research progress on animal models of common urinary system diseases
Common diseases of the urinary system include infectious diseases,calculous diseases,neoplastic diseases,cysts,and tuberculosis diseases.This article provides a comprehensive review of domestic and international studies on animal models related to urinary tract infection,urinary calculi and urinary tract tumors based on prevalent clinical disease types.It summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each model to offer a reference for fundamental research,drug screening and development of urinary system diseases.
