摘要
刘寄奴为我国传统常用中药,具有活血通经、散瘀止痛的功效.自古以来,就存在记载不一、品种复杂、标准不清等问题,给现代药理学研究和临床用药带来极大困难.本文以阴行草和奇蒿2种主流刘寄奴为研究对象,结合国内外研究对其本草溯源、化学成分、药理作用和质量标准等方面进行整理和分析,为规范刘寄奴临床用药、探索新的药用机制、完善药材评价标准提供参考依据,以促进对这一重要中药资源的保护和利用.
Abstract
Liu Jinu is a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in China,which has the efficacy of activating blood circulation and promoting menstruation,dispersing blood stasis and relieving pain.Since ancient times,it has faced problems such as inconsistent records,complex varieties and unclear standards,which has caused great difficulties in modern pharmacological research and clinical use.Artemisia anomala S.Moore and Siphonostegia chinensis Benth.are the two mainstream species of Liu Jinu.As the starting point,we have combined domestic and international studies to organize and analyze their herbal traceability,chemical composition,pharmacological effects and quality standards.This will standardize the clinical use of Liu Jinu,explore new medicinal mechanisms,and improve the evaluation standards of the medicinal materials,so as to promote the protection and use of this important traditional Chinese medicine resource.
