摘要

本文叙述了 Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与结直肠癌发生发展与肝转移的作用相关最新研究进展,回顾了近几年的研究成果及研究热点,揭示了 Wnt/β-catenin在结直肠癌肝转移中的关键机制.

Abstract

This paper describes the relationship between wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and the occurrence,development as well as liver metastasis of colorectal cancer,It reviewed the research achievements and hotspots in recent years,and reveals the key mechanism of Wnt/β-catenin in liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.
