Successful pregnancy involves different physiological changes in the mother,and the complex interac-tions between the fetus and mother through cytokines,angiogenic mediators,and hormones form maternal fetal im-mune tolerance and maintain a normal pregnancy state.At present,it is widely believed that unexplained recurrent miscarriage is related to the imbalance of immune homeostasis at the maternal fetal interface,and there is a signifi-cant relationship between it and immune mechanisms.This article reviews the possible role of immune homeostasis imbalance in unexplained recurrent miscarriage,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
