Research on Psychological Education Strategies for Graduate Students in Universities in the Context of"All-round Education"
The interconnection and inseparability of the concepts"cultivating morality and people,""all-round education,"and"psychological education"are evident.The basic task of higher education is to cultivate morality and people,which can not be separated from all-round education.As a high-level group in the training of talents in China,graduate students play a pivotal role in the economic and social development of the nation.Re-search indicates that graduate students in the new era face increasing pressures and challenges,with psychological issues becoming more prominent,so it is imperative to strengthen psychological education.This paper begins by in-troducing the essence and relationships among the three concepts,followed by an analysis of the current status of psychological education for graduate students under the"all-round education"philosophy.Then the paper ex-plores strategies for graduate student psychological education under the"all-round Education"philosophy,focu-sing on strengthening the faculty in psychological education,improving the educational system,enhancing teachers'professional psychological literacy,reinforcing their ability in psychological education,creating a healthy campus culture to nurture students'character,fostering positive psychological qualities in students,developing their psycho-logical capital,and enhancing overall student psychological well-being.
