幼儿教师职业认同与工作投入的关系:情绪智力和职业承诺的链式中介作用

采用职业认同量表、工作投入量表、情绪智力量表和职业承诺量表对安徽省393名幼儿教师进行调查.结果发现:(1)职业认同与情绪智力、职业承诺、工作投入呈显著正相关(r=0.529、0.585、0.653,p<0.001);情绪智力与职业承诺、工作投入呈显著正相关(r=0.477、0.672,p<0.001);职业承诺与工作投入呈显著正相关(r=0.632,p<0.001).(2)情绪智力和职业承诺在职业认同与工作投入之间分别起中介作用(95%CI:0.135~0.246,0.076~0.208),效应值分别为0.188和0.135;研究结果表明情绪智力和职业承诺在职业认同与工作投入之间起链式中介作用(95%CI:0.013~0.059),效应值为0.032.表明链式中介模型能够解释情绪智力和职业承诺在职业认同与幼儿教师工作投入之间所起的中介作用.
The Relationship Between Preschool Teachers'Occupational Identity and Job Engagement:The Chain Mediating Role of Emotional Intelligence and Career Commitment
A survey was conducted on 393 preschool teachers from Anhui Province using occupational identity scale,job engagement scale,emotional intelligence scale and career commitment scale.(1)Correlation analysis results indicate that occupational identity was significantly positively correlated with emotional intelligence,career commitment,and job engagement(r=0.529,0.585,0.653,p<0.001),while emotional intelligence was sig-nificantly positively correlated with career commitment and job engagement(r=0.477,0.672,p<0.001).Fur-thermore,career commitment exhibited a significant positive correlation with job engagement(r=0.632,p<0.001).(2)The results of the mediation analysis show that emotional intelligence and career commitment media-ted the relationship between occupational identity and job engagement(95%CI:0.135~0.246,0.076~0.208),the effect estimates were 0.188 and 0.135 respectively.The results indicate that the chain mediating effect of emo-tional intelligence and career commitment between occupational identity and job engagement was significant(95%CI:0.013~0.059,with an effect estimate of 0.032.This suggests that chain mediating model could explain the mediating effect of emotional intelligence and career commitment between occupational identity and preschool teach-er'job engagement.
