组织行为学视角下大学生社会责任感的培育途径研究

借鉴了 80年代以来关于大学生社会责任感的实证研究数据,运用组织行为学原理从认知、价值观、能力与环境等4个方面分析了大学生社会责任感的影响因素.研究发现大学生社会责任感存在的问题并非当今大学生所独有.不成熟的人格特点、典型的经济型价值观和工具型价值观、承担社会责任的能力不足以及社会总体责任感不高等因素对大学生社会责任感造成直接影响.大学应该从4个方面培育大学生社会责任感:一是要从立德树人的高度重视大学生的人格教育;二是要树立社会责任担当的神圣使命;三是以思想政治教育、社会主义核心价值观教育为切入点,加强对大学生的价值观教育;四是要根据大学生的能力条件对其社会责任感合理定位.
Study on Cultivation of Undergraduates'Social Responsibility Sense from the Perspective of Organizational Behavior
This paper reviews the related literature about the problem of undergraduates'social responsibility in our country since the 1980s.The recent empirical research data is referenced to analyze the influence factors of un-dergraduates'social responsibilities from four aspects:cognition,value concept,ability and environment.The un-dergraduates'social responsibility sense is active in general,and the problem of undergraduates'social responsibility sense is not unique to today's college students.Immature personality traits,typical economic and instrumental val-ues,inadequate capacity for assuming social responsibility,and a generally low societal sense of responsibility di-rectly impact college students'social responsibility.Universities should cultivate undergraduates'social responsibili-ty from four aspects.Firstly,emphasis should be put on students'character education from the standpoint of cultiva-ting morality and talents.Secondly,universities'social responsibility should be enhanced.Thirdly,the ideological and political education and the education of socialism core values concept should be taken as starting points to strengthen college students'value concept.Fourthly,the undergraduates'social responsibility sense should be posi-tioned reasonably according to their ability and conditions.
