Assessment and Cultivation Strategies for Labor Literacy of Continuing Education Students with Higher Education in the New Era——A Case Study of the Working Adult Students from 59 Colleges and Universities in Anhui Province
Labor literacy is a specific requirement of the Party's moral education policy in the new era,and it is also one of the essential core competencies for students.Clarifying the connotation and structure of labor literacy pro-vides effective reference for the cultivation of student labor literacy.The labor literacy of continuing education students with higher education is an internal psychological character and external behavioral manifestation which is gradually formed in daily life,work,and professional learning.A labor literacy evaluation index system was construc-ted,which includes labor values,occupational labor concepts,labor knowledge,and labor skills.A labor literacy e-valuation was conducted on continuing education students from 59 universities in Anhui Province.It was found that continuing education students have a higher level of labor values,but insufficient levels of occupational labor concepts and labor knowledge,as well as differences in labor literacy levels across different dimensions among different groups.Based on this,strategies for cultivating labor competence of continuing education students in the new era are explored from the perspectives of implementing subjects,specific measures,and expected goals.
