摘要
创新是国家发展与社会进步的动力源泉,应用型本科院校作为培养创新人才的重要主体,必须不断改革优化创新人才培养模式,才能向市场持续输送高质量创新型人才.但从宏观角度分析,应用型本科院校创新人才培养当前尚未形成成熟、科学、长效的培养机制,在人才培养目标定位、师资队伍建设、课程体系建设、产学研融合方面存在诸多问题,限制着创新人才培养进程.基于此,应用型本科院校必须充分结合自身办学优势,清晰定位创新人才培养目标,优化师资队伍与课程体系,加速产学研深度融合,推进院校创新人才培养机制不断向国际先进水平靠拢,将创新教育融入人才培养全过程,从而为国家建设、经济发展提供稳定、高质量人才保障.
Abstract
Innovation serves as the driving force behind national development and social progress.As an im-portant body in cultivating innovative talents,applied undergraduate colleges must continuously reform and optimize their models for cultivating such talents to sustainably deliver high-quality innovative individuals to the market.However,from a macro perspective,the cultivation of innovative talents in applied undergraduate colleges has not yet formed a mature,scientific,and long-term training mechanism.There are many problems in the positioning of talent cultivation goals,the construction of teaching staff,the construction of curriculum system,and the integra-tion of industry,academia,and research,which limit the process of cultivating innovative talents.Based on this,application-oriented undergraduate institutions must fully combine their own educational advantages,clearly posi-tion the goals of innovative talent cultivation,optimize the teaching staff and curriculum system,accelerate the deep integration of industry,academia and research,promote the mechanism of innovative talent cultivation in institu-tions to continuously approach international advanced levels,integrate innovative education into the entire process of talent cultivation,and provide stable and high-quality talent guarantee for national construction and economic development.
