高校充分发挥校史档案思想政治教育功能研究

摘要
校史档案是独具特色的校本教材,是大学精神和大学文化的重要载体,蕴含着丰富的教育元素,具有思想道德价值导向作用和推动先进文化守正创新的功能.当前,高校校史档案育人研究需要对校史档案思想政治教育功能内涵式嬗变及现实困境进行系统分析,有的放矢地推进校史档案育人路径.高校应深入践行习近平文化思想核心要义,精心聚焦"立德树人"根本任务,充分挖掘校史档案育人元素,通过"增强校史档案育人意识、构建校史档案协同育人机制、丰富校史档案育人资源体系"三位一体,发挥校史档案以史育人、以文化人的重要功能,助力高校思想政治教育高质量发展.
Abstract
School history archives,as an important carrier of university spirit and culture,and an unique school-based teaching material containing rich educational elements,play an important role in guiding ideological and moral values and promoting the innovation of advanced culture.It is currently necessary to carry out a system-atic analysis of the evolution of the ideological and political education function of the archives and the practical pre-dicaments to promote the work of archive education in a targeted way.Colleges and universities should deeply im-plement the core principles of Xi Jinping's cultural thought,focus meticulously on the fundamental task of"cultiva-ting virtue and morality",fully explore the elements of student cultivation in school history archives,and through the integrated approach of"enhancing awareness of cultivating students,establishing a collaborative mechanism for cultivating students,and enriching the resource system for cultivating students through school history archives",le-verage the vital function of school history archives in educating individuals with history and culture,thereby sup-porting the high-quality development of ideological and political education in universities.
