Review and Prospect of Energy Security Research in China——Visual Analysis Based on the CiteSpace
Energy security is an important part of national security,and it is also the foundation of stable eco-nomic and social development.China CNKI is selected as retrieval databases,and a total of 1729 energy security-related articles published up to October 28,2023,were selected as research samples.The current situation,frontier hotspots and development trends of China's energy security research are visually analyzed by the bibliometric software CiteSpace.It is found that the number of articles published on this topic has increased rapidly since 2002,reaching a peak of 131 in 2010,and then showing a downward trend.The core teams represented by Liu Litao,Yu Hongyuan,Wang Dan and Shen Lei have emerged in this field,along with the major research institution represented by Institute of Geographic Science and Natural Resources Research,CAS,School of International Studies,Renmin University of China,and School of International Studies,Peking University.However,the collaboration among them is not suffi-ciently close.The research focuses and hotspots have evolved from petroleum security,energy cooperation and energy strategy to carbon neutrality,energy transformation,carbon peaking and energy revolution.In the future,energy se-curity research should focus more on the international situation,the principle of legislation,international cooperation and exchanges,technological innovation and upgrading of energy structure,promoting the realization of carbon neu-trality and carbon peaking.
