Construction of the Structural Model of Rural Principals'Cultural Leadership Based on Grounded Theory
Cultural revitalization is an inherent requirement for the high-quality development of rural educa-tion.As the navigator and guide of rural education,rural principals play an irreplaceable role in the revitalization of rural culture in China.Therefore,the development of rural principals'cultural leadership is not only the driving force for the high-quality development of rural education,but also the realistic call to promote the revitalization of rural culture and empower the inheritance of local culture.Clarifying the connotation and structure of cultural lead-ership is the premise of improving the cultural leadership of rural principals,promoting the high-quality develop-ment of rural education,and realizing the strategy for invigorating China through culture.The study explored the structural model of rural principals'cultural leadership based on the advantages,principles,and procedures of grounded theory,and found that the principals'cultural leadership is a capability system composed of the ability to construct cultural vision,the ability to integrate cultural ideas,the ability to spread cultural ideas,the ability to create new culture,and the ability to evaluate cultural impact.It has important implications not only in promoting the development of cultural leadership of rural principals in China but also in empowering the construction of a strong nation through education.
