双烯丙醇一锅法合成的有机化学综合实验教学设计

结合课题组的前期研究成果,介绍了 一个格氏试剂、炔基砜和查尔酮的一锅法合成双烯丙醇的有机化学综合实验教学设计.产物结构经过1H NMR、13C NMR和HRMS表征,并通过自动熔点仪测定出产物的熔点.实验中涉及格氏试剂的制备以及化学性质的研究,丰富了有机化学实验的教学内容.将科研成果融入到有机化学综合实验教学中,不仅能够锻炼学生的综合实验技能和提高学习兴趣,而且能够拓宽学生的科学研究视角和激发学生的创新思维能力;同时,这也能为学生本科毕业论文设计的开展打下扎实的基础.
Teaching Design on Comprehensive Experiment in Organic Chemistry of One-Pot Method Synthesis of Diallyl Alcohol
Combining with the previous research achievements of the research group,this paper introduces the teaching design of an organic chemistry comprehensive experiment on the one-pot synthesis of diallyl alcohols u-sing Grignard reagents,alkynyl sulfones,and chalcones.The structure of the product was characterized by 1H NMR,13 C NMR and HRMS,and the melting point of the product was determined by automatic melting point apparatus.This experiment involves the preparation of Grignard reagent and the study of chemical properties,which enriches the content of organic chemistry experiment teaching.Through the organic combination of scientific research results and organic chemistry experiment teaching,students'comprehensive experimental skills can be trained,their interest in experiments can be enhanced,their scientific research horizons can be broadened,and their innovation ability can be stimulated,which also lays a good foundation for the subsequent undergraduate grad-uation thesis.
