The Role Transformation and Practice Path of Teacher Educators from the Perspective of OBE Concept
The OBE concept,with its output oriented core theory and high compatibility with teacher education professional certification,provides theoretical support for promoting teacher education professional certification and improving the quality of teacher education.It is characterized by clear focus,downward design,expansion opportu-nities,and high expectations.In order to adapt to the promotion of teacher education professional certification and the intervention of OBE concepts,the characteristics of teacher education have changed,thereby promoting multi-ple changes in the role of teacher educators.In order to promote the role transformation of teacher educators,it is necessary for them to strengthen theoretical research on teacher education and grasp the essence of teacher educa-tion;construct a community of teacher education to share knowledge about teacher education;and establish dialogic relationships between teachers and students to facilitate the generation of practical wisdom.
