摘要

智能传播时代的机器人不仅作为工具存在,还逐渐成为社会交往的新主体.人机传播发展渐入深境,同时引发可能取代人类及存在意志导向等隐忧,需要在鼓励自由发展基础上对技术进行合理规制,建立人机间高度适配的传播关系.从人机理解出发,建立对人机传播的认识与预期;之后利用三元交互决定论分析人机邂逅的发生逻辑,发现在深度人机传播中人依旧占据传播主导地位,但需从转变个体交往态度、提高机器交流姿态、发挥榜样的中介效应等角度提升深度人机传播效率,提出了对应的具体方法;最后探析了人机传播发展走向的模糊与异化.

Abstract

In the era of intelligent communication,intelligent robots not only exist as tools,but also gradually become a new subject of social communication,and the development of human-machine communication is gradu-ally entering a deep stage,while causing hidden concerns such as the impact that may replace human beings and the developers'will on the public.It is necessary to conduct reasonable regulations on technology on the basis of encouraging free development and establish a highly adaptive communication relationship between human and ma-chine.Based on human-machine understanding,this paper establishes the understanding and expectation of hu-man-machine communication.After analyzing the occurrence logic of human-machine encounter with the help of trilateral interaction determinism,it is found that human beings still occupy the dominant position in deep human-machine communication,but it is necessary to improve the efficiency of deep human-machine communication from the perspectives of changing individual communication attitude,improving machine communication posture,and giving play to the intermediary effect of role models,and propose corresponding specific methods.Finally,the am-biguity and dissimilation of human-machine communication are discussed.
