新工科背景下高校创新创业人才培养体系存在的问题与重构

新工科的建设是新科技革命、新产业革命和新经济背景下,国家工程教育的一项重大改革策略,其要求高校要持续推进创新创业人才培养.基于新工科为背景,以贵州为中心,调查分析云南、贵州、四川、重庆及部分沿海城市高校的创新创业人才培养模式存在的问题和现状,提出了以创新创业为核心,构建"平台搭建、竞赛检验、整合资源、校企合作、跨域融合、双轨指导"的人才培养新模式,以期为贵州省高校创新创业人才培养提供参考和借鉴,进一步推动贵州省的经济发展和创新创业生态系统的构建.同时,研究结果也为其他地区和高校在创新创业人才培养方面提供了启示,促进全国范围内的创新创业教育的不断改进与升级.
The construction of new engineering disciplines is a major reform strategy of national engineering ed-ucation in the context of new technological revolution,new industrial revolution,and new economy.It requires uni-versities to continuously promote the training of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.This article is based on the context of new engineering and focuses on Guizhou.It investigates and analyzes the problems and current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation models in universities in Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan,Chongqing,and some coastal cities.Empirical research and analysis are conducted,and a new talent training mod-el with innovation and entrepreneurship as the core is proposed,which includes"platform building,competition testing,integration of resources,school-enterprise cooperation,cross-domain integration,and dual-track guid-ance".This study can provide reference for the training of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province,and promote the economic development and the construction of innovative and en-trepreneurial ecosystem in Guizhou province.Additionally,the findings offer insights for other regions and universi-ties,fostering continuous improvement and upgrading of innovation and entrepreneurship education nationwide.
