Ideal Image and Realistic Performance:A Qualitative Study on the Formation of Preschool Teachers'Teaching Beliefs
Kindergarten teachers'teaching beliefs are extremely important;however,research on this topic is relatively scarce in the domestic academic community.This article attempts to use an in-dept interview method,selecting 20 kindergarten teachers in Guizhou Province as research subjects.By recording and analyzing the content of their conversations in detail,the article focuses on exploring the connotation of their teaching beliefs and the fac-tors that influence their formation.It is found that the teaching beliefs(ideal and realistic respectively)of these 20 kindergarten teachers had been formed through the combined influence of various factors,including the kindergar-ten environment,cultural background,interpersonal relationships,personal experiences,etc.Based on this,sug-gestions are put forward to create a positive kindergarten environment and culture,strengthen interaction and coop-eration in interpersonal relationships,etc.,so as to support the personal growth and career development of kinder-garten teachers.
