Analysis of Policy Tools in the Construction of First-Class Undergraduate Courses in China:Based on Textual Analysis of the Construction Plan of First-Class Undergraduate Courses
Based on the theoretical perspective of policy tools,this study analyzes the use of policy tools in the construction plan of first-class undergraduate courses.The research finds that there is a significant homogenization in policy texts,lacking local and school-based characteristics.The proportion of policy tool usage is imbalanced,and there is a serious lack of policy guidance in curriculum evaluation and construction.Based on these findings,it proposes tailored policies with distinct local and school-based characteristics for curriculum construction.It also suggests rational adjustment of policy tools,aiming to provide a Chinese solution for first-class courses guided by China's education modernization,actively serve national strategies,consciously draw from excellent traditional Chi-nese educational resources,and highlight the socialist nature of education modernization.Furthermore,it recom-mends continuous improvement of the curriculum construction and evaluation system.
