以La2O3为烧结助剂,常压烧结制备了系列的Al2O3微晶陶瓷,重点研究La2O3添加对Al2O3陶瓷结构和力学性能的影响.样品晶粒平均粒径均在3~4μm之间,且样品的致密度、抗弯强度及断裂韧性均有较为明显的提升;其中烧结温度1 700 ℃、La2O3添加质量分数为1.8%时韧性最高.La2O3在陶瓷基体中分布均匀,样品物相以Al2O3为主,当La2O3添加质量分数高于0.9%时,样品中存在少量的La1.4Al22.6O36物相.
Effect of Lanthanum Oxide Addition on Structure and Properties of Alumina Microcrystalline Ceramics
A series of Al2O3 microcrystalline ceramics were prepared by atmospheric sintering using La2O3 as sinte-ring aid,focusing on the effect of La2O3 addition on the structure and mechanical properties of Al2O3 ceramics.The av-erage grain size of the samples was between 3~4 μm,and the density,flexural strength and fracture toughness of the samples were significantly improved.Among them,the toughness was highest when the sintering temperature was 1 700 ℃ and the mass fraction of La2O3 was 1.8%.La2O3 was evenly distributed in the ceramic matrix,and the sam-ple phase was mainly Al2O3,and when the mass fraction of La2O3 was higher than 0.9%,a small amount of Lai.4Al22.6O36 phase existed in the sample.
