Optimization Design of Alkali-sulfate Activated Solid Waste Curing Agent System Based on Response Surface Method
In this thesis,the response surface method was used to optimize the alkali-sulfate activated solid waste cu-ring agent system.Red mud,slag,quicklime and desulfurized gypsum were used as variable factors,and the unconfined compressive strength and flow expansion of 7 d and 28 d of the solidified soil were used as evaluation indicators to es-tablish a prediction model.The results show that when the red mud content is 26.6%,the slag content is 53.2%,the lime content is 11.7%,and the desulfurization gypsum content is 8.5%,the working performance and mechanical prop-erties of the fluid solidified soil are optimal.The error range of the measured value and the predicted value of the re-sponse value is controlled within 5%,indicating that the response surface method prediction model has high prediction accuracy.
