Effect of Static Stop Time on Performance of Stiff Concrete Curb
The steam curing system is an important technical means to improve the early strength and production ef-ficiency of concrete products.Before steam curing,it is necessary to perform a static stop to improve the initial structur-al strength of concrete and resist the influence of thermal expansion during the steam curing process.Based on this,the influence of static dwell time on the performance of stiff concrete curb under the condition of ultra-low water-cement ratio was studied.The results showed that with the extension of static curing time,the compressive strength of stiff concrete curb shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the compressive strength at 28 days shows a trend of first increasing and then stabilizing.The water absorption rate and 50 freeze-thaw cycle quality loss rate show a trend of first decreasing and then stabilizing.When the static stop time is 4.5 hours,the performance of the curb is the best.
