轴压荷载对混凝土碳化的影响机理及模型研究

Mechanism and Model Study on the Influence of Axial Compression Load on Concrete Carbonization

通过对普通混凝土进行轴压荷载-碳化耦合试验,研究轴压荷载对普通混凝土碳化的影响机理.利用MATLAB对试验数据进行拟合,建立考虑荷载作用的混凝土碳化预测模型,分析轴压荷载对混凝土碳化深度的影响.结果表明:混凝土的碳化深度随载荷(率)的增加而增加,且与CO32-离子的含量息息相关.对碳化后距离混凝土表面CO32-离子的含量进行拟合,得到CO32-离子的扩散系数随时间变化的模型,并通过质量守恒和Fick定律建立了轴压荷载作用下普通混凝土碳化的模型,模拟结果与试验结果具有较好的一致性.
By conducting axial compression load-carbonation coupling test on ordinary concrete,the influence mecha-nism of axial compression load on carbonation of ordinary concrete was studied.MATLAB was used to fit the test data.This paper establish a concrete carbonation prediction model considering the load,and analyze the impact of axial com-pression load on the carbonation depth of concrete.The results show that the carbonation depth of concrete increases with the increase of load(rate)and is closely related to the content of CO32-ions.The content of CO32-ions from the concrete surface after carbonization was fitted to obtain a model of the diffusion coefficient of CO32-ions changing with time.A model of carbonization of ordinary concrete under axial compression load was established through mass conser-vation and Fick's law.Simulation results have good consistency with the test results.
