研究了抗裂剂对混凝土力学性能与干燥收缩性能的影响,通过有限元计算方法对比了抗裂剂掺量、养护条件、浇筑温度对筏板基础大体积混凝土开裂风险的影响,提出了经济合理的温度裂缝控制方案.结果表明,5%抗裂剂掺量下各龄期混凝土抗压及劈裂抗拉强度最高,56 d干燥收缩相比于普通混凝土降低了 24.5%,采用节水保湿膜+棉被覆盖的养护措施,筏板基础取得良好控裂效果.
The effects of anti-cracking agent on mechanical properties and drying shrinkage properties of concrete were studied.The effects of anti-cracking agent content,curing conditions and pouring temperature on cracking risk of raft foundation concrete were compared by finite element software,and an economical and reasonable temperature con-trol scheme was proposed.The results show that the compressive and splitting tensile strength of concrete with 5%an-ti-cracking agent content was the highest,and the drying shrinkage of concrete at 56 d was 24.5%lower than that of ordinary concrete.The raft foundation achieved good crack control effect by using water-saving moisturizing film and cotton-covered maintenance measures.
