Taking the special maintenance project of the Erguang Expressway pavement as an example,AC-13C as-phalt concrete with different steel slag contents and mix design were carried out.The road performance was evaluated using high-temperature rutting test,freeze-thaw splitting test,and indirect tensile test.It was found that when the steel slag coarse aggregate content was 100％,its high-temperature deformation resistance,water stability performance,and crack resistance performance were all good.The test results of the experimental section show that its anti-skid perform-ance is superior,and the permeability coefficient and compaction degree can meet the requirements of the specifications.
