摘要

在沥青使用过程中,释放的挥发性有机化合物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)对环境和人体造成不可忽视的危害.为探究沥青VOCs排放特征及抑制方法,研究采用油茶壳生物炭对沥青进行改性处理,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对处理前后沥青的VOCs排放进行监测和分析.结果表明,油茶壳生物炭的添加显著降低了多种沥青VOCs的排放.进一步分析表明,生物炭的添加量对VOCs排放抑制效果有影响,经济性与沥青性能综合考虑下,合适的生物炭掺量为6%.

Abstract

During the use of asphalt,the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)poses significant hazards to the environment and human health.In order to investigate the characteristics of VOCs emissions from asphalt and methods for their suppression,this study utilized oil tea shell biochar to modify asphalt,and employed gas chromatogra-phy-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)to monitor and analyze the VOCs emissions before and after treatment.The results demonstrate that the addition of oil tea shell biochar significantly reduces the emissions of various VOCs from asphalt.Further analysis reveals that the amount of biochar added affects the suppression of VOCs emissions,and considering both economic and asphalt performance factors,the appropriate biochar dosage is determined to be 6%.
