摘要

该研究将再生粉料作为沥青混凝土的填料使用,重点分析了再生粉料对沥青混凝土疲劳性能的改善效果.首先,利用马歇尔设计方法设计沥青混凝土,然后采用四点弯曲疲劳试验分析其疲劳性能.结果表明,再生粉料显著提高了沥青混凝土的疲劳寿命.当微应变处于400~600时,再生粉料沥青混凝土的疲劳寿命比普通矿粉沥青混凝土高约17.4%~48.4%.同时,双对数线性回归疲劳方程显示再生粉料还明显改善了沥青混凝土的疲劳耐久性.

Abstract

In this study,recycled powder is used as the filler of asphalt concrete,and the improvement effect of recy-cled powder on the fatigue performance of asphalt concrete is analyzed.Firstly,asphaltic concrete is designed by Mar-shall design method,and then its fatigue performance is analyzed by four-point bending fatigue test.The results show that the fatigue life of recycled asphalt concrete is significantly improved.When the mircrostrain is 400~600,the fa-tigue life of recycled asphalt concrete is about 17.4%~48.4%higher than that of ordinary mineral asphalt concrete.At the same time,the double logarithmic linear regression fatigue equation shows that the recycled powder also significant-ly improves the fatigue durability of asphalt concrete.
