Strengthening the construction of teacher ethics in universities is an essential requirement for implemen-ting the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and talent,as well as for building high-quality teaching staff communi-ties.Drawing on exemplary models and fully leveraging the influential role of advanced models has always been an ex-cellent tradition and valuable experience in the construction of teacher ethics in Chinese universities.Research on the practice path of giving full play to the typical demonstration effect of teacher ethics in universities will contribute to the further promotion of the construction of ethical standards and professional ethics of teachers in the new era,as well as the ideological and political work of teachers.
