微波法快速测定磷石膏含水率研究

磷石膏用作路面基层材料是实现工业固废的高效资源化利用途径之一,但由于磷石膏天然含水率高且波动性大,采用传统烘干法检测含水率费时费电.为此采用微波加热方法开展磷石膏天然含水率检测研究,分析不同含水率、取样质量、加热时间、样品平摊厚度等对磷石膏自由水分和结晶水加热损失的影响规律,提出基于微波加热的磷石膏天然含水率快速测定方法.
Study on Rapid Determination of Moisture Content of Phosphogypsum by Microwave Method
Phosphogypsum used as pavement base material is one of the efficient ways to realize the resource utiliza-tion of industrial solid waste.However,due to the high natural moisture content of phosphogypsum and its high fluctu-ation,the traditional drying method is time-consuming and consumes electricity to measure the moisture content.Therefore,the microwave heating method was used to detect the natural moisture content of phosphogypsum.The in-fluence of different moisture content,sampling weight,heating time and sample amortization thickness on the heating loss of phosphogypsum free moisture and crystal water was analyzed,and the rapid determination method of natural moisture content of phosphogypsum based on microwave heating was proposed.
