Compressive Strength of Fluidized Solidified Soil with Portland Cement Based Solidifying Agent
In response to the demand for slag soil treatment and backfilling at the back and top of culverts in practi-cal engineering,a composite of Portland cement, mineral powder, and fly ash was used as a solidifying agent. The strength development law of fluidized solidified soil under different solidifying agents, different solidifying agent dosa-ges,and different water solid ratios was studied. The study found that the compressive strength of fluidized solidified soil increased with the extension of the test period, and under the same dosage, the compressive strength of fluidized so-lidified soil using mineral powder as admixture is significantly higher than that of fly ash. With the increase of dosage, the compressive strength of fly ash flowable solidified soil significantly decreases, with a decrease of 13.6%at 28 days of age. However, the compressive strength of mineral powder flowable solidified soil has been improved to a certain ex-tent,with an increase of 12.6%at 28 days of age.It is recommended to use mineral powder as a admixture to prepare a solidifying agent for the engineering waste soil.As the dosage of solidifying agent increases, the compressive strength of fluidized solidified soil increases. As the water to solid ratio increases, the compressive strength shows a certain de-gree of decrease trend.
