SBS-WCO复合再生沥青高温流变性能与微观结构研究

Investigation on High Temperature Rheological Properties and Microstructures of SBS-WCO Recycled Asphalt

采用黏度试验、多应力重复蠕变恢复试验、傅里叶红外光谱试验和凝胶色谱实验研究了 SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)-WCO(废食用油)复合再生沥青的高温流变性能与微观结构.结果表明:SBS-WCO复合再生沥青的黏度相比老化沥青显著降低;SBS-WCO复合再生剂能有效改善老化沥青的高温流变性能;沥青复合再生过程以物理作用为主,复合再生剂能缓解沥青老化过程中轻质小分子流失,增强再生沥青的抗老化性能.
Brookfield viscosity test,Multiple Stress Creep Recovery Test(MSCR)and Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR)were conducted to investate the high temperature theological properties and microstructures of SBS(Styrenic Block Copolymers)-WCO(Waste Cooking Oil)recycled asphalt.Test results indicated that the viscosity of recycled as-phalt was decreased significantly,and the high temperature rheological properties was improved.The composite rejuve-nator and aged asphalt was mixed by physical effect.The lossing of lightweight small molecules was relieved by the re-juvenator,which resulted in the enhancement of aging resistance for recycled asphalt.
