Study on High Temperature Performance of Nano-ZnO/BF Composite Modified Asphalt

为提高道路服务质量,延长沥青路面的使用年限,采用纳米氧化锌(Nano-ZnO)和玄武岩纤维(BF)作为复合外掺剂对基质沥青进行改性,以提升其高温性能.对基质沥青、Nano-ZnO改性沥青以及Nano-ZnO/BF复合改性沥青进行常规性能试验和动态剪切流变试验,分析改性剂对沥青高温性能的影响.结果表明:加入纳米氧化锌和玄武岩纤维后,三大性能指标均出现不同程度的改善,且Nano-ZnO/BF复合改性沥青的车辙因子明显高于Nano-Zn O改性沥青,即玄武岩纤维能有效改善沥青的高温性能.
In order to improve the quality of road service and prolong the service life of asphalt pavement,nano-zinc oxide(Nano-ZnO)and basalt fiber(BF)were used as composite admixtures to modify the matrix asphalt to improve its high temperature performance.The conventional performance test and dynamic shear rheological test of matrix as-phalt,Nano-ZnO modified asphalt and Nano-ZnO/BF composite modified asphalt were carried out to analyze the influ-ence of modifier on the high temperature performance of asphalt.The test results show that the three performance in-dexes are improved to varying degrees after adding Nano-ZnO and BF,and the rutting factor of Nano-ZnO/BF compos-ite modified asphalt is significantly higher than that of Nano-ZnO modified asphalt,that is,BF can effectively improve the high temperature performance of asphalt.
