In the process of making tube-type bottle,aiming at the problems of difficult temperature control and low automation level during the heating and softening of existing neutral borosilicate glass tubes,a temperature control method for heating and softening neutral borosilicate glass tubes is proposed.Starting from the two aspects of real-time temperature detection of glass tubes and automatic control of combustion and combustion-supporting gas flow,a closed loop of control and detection feedback is established to compare the difference between the set temperature and the ac-tual temperature in real time,and then adjust the gas supply to ensure the stability of the final softening temperature of the glass tube.
