The canal control tweel is used to change the flow area of the molten glass by controlling the lifting and lowering of the control tweel to achieve the purpose of regulating and controlling the flow of the molten glass.This e-quipment consists of a tweel clamp,a cross beam for hanging the tweel,a column,an automatic lifting and lowering transmission system,and a manual lifting system.The spherical seat is an important supporting part of the column of the canal control tweel.By connecting with the main shaft of the turbine screw elevator,the column can move up and down,which drives the cross beam and tweel clamp to move up and down together with the control tweel,thus achie-ving the purpose of regulating the flow of the molten glass.The spherical shape structure is designed to meet the re-quirements of rotating changes in the assembly site of the production line,ensuring that the plane of the center line of the two columns of the regulating gate during equipment debugging must be perpendicular to the horizontal plane and perpendicular to the center line of the canal,while ensuring that the screw connecting the tweel can move flexibly with-out any blockage.Therefore,there are special process technology requirements for the parts of the spherical seat.
