摘要

光伏玻璃压延机压延辊冷却水芯是重要的冷却零件.传统水芯通常采用铝合金定制型材,成本高周期长.鉴于此,设计开发了尼龙冷却水芯.该文主要介绍尼龙冷却水芯的构造及尼龙水芯坯料准备、机加工及装配等方面的制造方法.

Abstract

The cooling water core of roll in photovoltaic glass calender is an important cooling part.The traditional water core is usually made of aluminum alloy with high cost and long cycle.In view of this,the nylon cooling water core was designed and developed.This paper mainly introduced the structure of nylon cooling water core and the manufac-turing methods of water core nylon blank preparation,machining and assembly.
