北京市某装配式住宅工程施工用能分析

Energy Consumption Analysis of a Prefabricated Residential Project in Beijing

依托北京市某装配式住宅工程,通过收集每月电费账单数据,结合实际施工进度,将施工现场划分为5个不同的施工阶段,分析了不同施工阶段的时间跨度和用电特点,并给出了相应的用电强度.在地下和地上主体结构施工期间对施工区、办公区和生活区的用电情况进行计量,分析了 3个区域的用电特点.最后从节约施工用电角度提出了管理建议.
Based on a prefabricated residential project in Beijing,this paper divided the construction site into 5 differ-ent construction stages by collecting monthly electricity bill data and combining with the actual construction progress,analyzed the time span and power consumption characteristics of different construction stages,and gave the correspond-ing power consumption intensity.The electricity consumption in construction area,office area and living area were measured during the construction of underground and above-ground main structure,and the characteristics of electricity consumption in 3 areas were analyzed.Finally,this paper put forward some management suggestions from the perspec-tive of saving construction electricity.
