This paper takes the transformation of a pure low-temperature waste heat power generation and heating project as an example,starting from the technical background of dry cement pure low-temperature waste heat power generation,expounds the necessity of recycling the waste heat of circulating cooling water for heating,introduces the system process and operation plan of the water source heat pump unit in this project to recover this part of the waste heat,and also proposes issues that should be paid attention to during the design process of the project transformation,and explains the energy-saving effect and economy of the project after transformation.
