摘要

以武汉市某T构桁架梁桥维修加固项目为背景,介绍了桥梁的现状、病害情况.结合维修加固目标,制定了拆除原挂孔混凝土 T梁、更换为工字型钢板叠合梁、粘贴钢板法加固牛腿等加固措施,减小了桥梁结构恒载,增强了桥梁的结构安全性能.桥梁施工监控可实现24 h不间断应力监测,实测值远小于理论值,确保施工过程结构安全.

Abstract

Taking the maintenance and reinforcement project of a T-shaped truss beam bridge in Wuhan as the back-ground,the current situation and disease situation of the bridge were introduced.Based on the maintenance and rein-forcement objectives,reinforcement measures such as dismantling the original hanging hole concrete T-beams,replacing them with I-shaped steel plate composite beams,and pasting steel plates to reinforce the brackets have been formula-ted,reducing the dead load of the bridge structure and enhancing the structural safety performance of the bridge.Bridge construction monitoring can achieve 24-hour uninterrupted stress monitoring,and measured values were far less than theoretical values to ensure structural safety during the construction.
