摘要

以烟台市某安置房项目基坑工程为例,提出竖向分层、平面分区的总体施工方案,并借助现场监测技术对基坑支护的变形进行观测.结果表明,围护桩的水平位移呈先非线性增加后减小的趋势,水平位移峰值在不同开挖阶段的开挖面附近;围护桩水平位移峰值与开挖深度的下限关系为δ=0.ii%h,上限关系为δ=0.30%h,在实际工程中可通过中间拟合关系δ=0.20%h进行围护结构的变形预测.

Abstract

Taking the foundation pit engineering of a resettlement housing project in Yantai City as an example,this paper proposes a general construction plan of vertical stratification and plane zoning,and observes the deformation of the foundation pit support with the help of on-site monitoring technology.The results show that the horizontal displace-ment of the retaining pile increases nonlinearly and then decreases,and the peak horizontal displacement is near the ex-cavation surface at different excavation stages.The relationship between the peak horizontal displacement of the retai-ning pile and the lower limit of the excavation depth is δ=0.11%h,and the upper limit relationship is δ=0.30%h.In practical engineering,the deformation prediction of the retaining structure can be carried out through the intermediate fitting relationship δ=0.20%h.
