摘要
通过文献检索分析了我国65个建筑工程所采用的永临结合施工技术,将这些永临结合施工技术分为6类21项,进而分析了不同技术的应用情况.研究发现,土建类和给排水类是目前建筑工程主要的永临结合施工技术专业类别,其中以施工道路永临结合技术应用最多,且在公共建筑、居住建筑和工业建筑中分布较均衡.在北京市某公共建筑中试点应用了消防管线永临结合技术和临时照明免布管免裸线技术,取得了良好的环境和经济效益.结合永临结合施工技术分析和应用,最后提出4点注意事项.
Abstract
Through literature search and analysis,the permanent and temporary combined construction technologies adopted in 65 construction projects in China were classified into 6 categories and 21 items,and the application of differ-ent technologies was analyzed.Research has found that civil engineering and water supply and drainage are currently the main categories of permanent and temporary construction technology in construction engineering.Among them,the per-manent and temporary construction technology for construction roads is the most widely used,and it is evenly distribu-ted in public buildings,residential buildings,and industrial buildings.The pilot application of fire pipeline permanent and temporary lighting without laying pipes or bare wires technology in a public building in Beijing had achieved good environmental and economic benefits.Based on the analysis and application of permanent and temporary construction technology,four points for attention were finally proposed.
