摘要
论文立足于数字化发展背景下传统施工企业转型面临的问题,探讨工程项目全寿命周期中契合各发展阶段的施工企业数字化转型技术,从而构建完整的基于工程项目全寿命周期的施工企业数字化转型策略,以此助力施工企业的经济结构优化和工作效率提升.
Abstract
Based on the problems faced by the transformation of traditional construction enterprises in the context of digital development,this paper discussed the digital transformation technology of construction enterprises in the whole life cycle of engineering projects,which was suitable for each stage of development,so as to build a complete digital transformation strategy of construction enterprises based on the whole life cycle of engineering projects.This can pro-mote the optimisation of the economic structure and efficiency of construction enterprises.
