摘要

通过实测新拌混凝土的坍落度和屈服应力,采集数据建立混凝土工作性能与流变学的数学关系模型.ICAR流变仪的试验结果表明,实测屈服强度结合数学关系模型能够推测新拌混凝土的坍落度用于表征混凝土的工作性能.混凝土工作性能在线检测装置包括数据采集-模拟计算-数据上传-实时监控等过程,能达到混凝土工作性能自动化检测的目的.

Abstract

By measuring the slump and yield stress of fresh concrete and collecting data to establish a mathematical relationship model between the working performance of concrete and theology,the test results of ICAR rheometer show that the measured yield strength combined with the mathematical relationship model can be used to infer the slump of fresh concrete to characterize the working performance of concrete.The on-line testing device for concrete workability includes the processes of data acquisition-simulation calculation-data uploading-real-time monitoring,which can achieve the purpose of automated testing of concrete workability.
